Commercial Template License

Build one end product per purchased license — a site for yourself or one client — and use it commercially. (Studio Access / all-access licenses may build unlimited end products.)

Modify the template without limit for that end product, keep unlimited development copies, and hand the finished product — including the modified source — to your client, provided they don't redistribute it as a template.

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease or share the template — modified or not — as a template, theme, starter, boilerplate or UI kit (including for free).

Extract the bundled photographs, films or 3D assets for use outside an end product built from this template, or resell them as stock.

Use the template in a product that lets third parties generate sites from it (site builders, generators, model training).

Third-party components ship under their own licenses (all free): Next.js, GSAP, Lenis, OGL/Three.js — MIT or equivalent; Google Fonts — OFL. One license = one end product; staging, a redesign of the same product and localized versions count as the same product.

The template is provided “as is”, without warranty. SmartDuke's total liability is limited to the amount you paid. The license is granted on full payment and is perpetual for the permitted uses.
