Studio Access — Commercial License

Build unlimited end products — sites for yourself and for clients — and use them commercially. One Studio Access license covers your whole practice.

Modify any template without limit, keep unlimited development copies, and hand a finished product — including the modified source — to your client, provided they don't redistribute it as a template.

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease or share any template — modified or not — as a template, theme, starter, boilerplate or UI kit (including for free), or share your Studio Access account.

Extract the bundled photographs, films or 3D assets for use outside an end product built from one of the templates, or resell them as stock.

Use the templates in a product that lets third parties generate sites from them (site builders, generators, model training).

Third-party components ship under their own licenses (all free): Next.js, GSAP, Lenis, OGL/Three.js — MIT or equivalent; Google Fonts — OFL. Studio Access is a single-seat license: unlimited projects, but one person (or a team of up to five in one organisation — get in touch for larger teams).

The template is provided “as is”, without warranty. SmartDuke's total liability is limited to the amount you paid. The license is granted on full payment and is perpetual for the permitted uses.
