Email address — when you request a free prompt or join the digest, so we can send it.

Purchase information — processed by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and receipt; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Usage & device data — privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (pages viewed, rough location, device type) to understand what's useful. No cross-site advertising profiles.

To deliver the prompt or template you asked for, send the digest if you opted in, process purchases and support, and improve the catalog. We do not sell your personal data.

Only the processors that run the service: our payment providers (PayU for India, PayPal elsewhere), our email provider (Resend, for sign-in codes, receipts and support), our hosting and database providers, and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Each handles data under its own agreement and only to provide its service to us. We never sell your data.

You can ask us to access or delete your data, or unsubscribe from the digest at any time (every email has a one-click link). Email support@smartduke.com and we'll act within a reasonable time.
