Terms of Use

SmartDuke Studio sells web templates — production Next.js projects with motion built in — and gives away the Claude Code prompt behind each one for free. The free prompt is for browsing, learning and experimenting. The paid download is the exact, tested source, delivered with a commercial license.

Prices are shown per template in your local currency at checkout and handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details. A purchase grants you the license described on our License page — one end product per license unless a Studio Access (all-access) license says otherwise.

You may build with what you buy. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish our templates or prompts — modified or not — as a template, theme, starter, boilerplate or UI kit, and you may not use them to train a model or power a site generator. Full detail is on the License page.

The templates, prompts, site and branding are owned by SmartDuke unless noted. Bundled photography, video and 3D assets ship under their own documented licenses and are cleared for use within your end product only — not for resale as stock.

Everything is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SmartDuke's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the template in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
