The short version

The prompt is free, so you can evaluate the build before you buy. Because the paid source is delivered and downloadable immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

When we'll make it right

If a template is broken, materially not as described, or you were charged twice or in error, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund it. We'd always rather fix it — most issues are a quick patch away.
